After graduation from Oklahoma State University in 1999, Dr. Brown went on to complete a one year rotating small animal internship at Auburn University. He then completed a three-year Internal Medicine residency at Purdue University. Dr. Brown was awarded board certification that year.
Dr. Brown has over a decade of experience in diagnosis and treatment of small animal Internal Medicine patients. He recently served as department head for a large, multi-service referral hospital in southern Florida, increasing referrals to the Internal Medicine department 10-fold. This was due to a commitment to exceptional client and patient care, and his focus on open and thorough communication.
Dr. Brown works as an in-house extension of Best Friends Veterinary Hospital as a board certified specialist with the latest veterinary ultrasound technology. Dr. Brown helps us to meet the goal of expediting accurate diagnosis and effective therapy to improve patient care and outcome for your dog or cat at our Powell, Ohio Veterinary Office.
